Gorgeous day today a little humid for my liking. Here comes the Tennessee summer! I picked up an amazing bargain today. You ladies who are old enough to remember 12 inch records I found an antique record closet online. $10.00 ladies. I will post pics as soon as DH helps me get it out of the car. No more records in my closet or under the bed. Oh Happy Days!!!

trust me to forget Mother's Day Weekend. In the UK Mother's Day is in March. Of course all the restaurants were full. After finally getting into Ruby Tuesday we decided to leave the movie until tomorrow. This is fine with me as today I cleaned the house, and I am kind of tired!

Tornado Warning!

Lots of activity today, weather activity that is. I work near an Army base and their sirens went off twice today issuing a tornado warning. So we ended up in the kitchen eating donuts and drinking coffee. We don't have a basement, so the options were the bathroom...ew or the kitchen. Managed to leave work just after 4pm. Hubby and I will be chilling out tonight and out and about tomorrow. I LOVE the weekend!

Damp Start

Today started off damp and I really thought we were going to have storms. They didn't materialize and it turned out to be a beautiful if humid day. Hubby is very excited for tomorrow as Star Trek comes out, so I guess we're going to the movies this weekend!

Back again.

I have been out of commission for the past few days. We had a whole refrigerator saga, which began on Friday night. That wasn't fixed until yesterday. Then last night my husband arrived home with the worst migraine. He was in so much pain he was grey looking. I spent most of the night taking care of him.

Anyhow I am back now. I have just been browsing Payless website and came across these beauties. I love the wedges. Perfect for work and play! I also like the flats, they look comfy and I love the rope detail across the foot very nautical! Both of the bags would be perfect for a night out! What do you guys think?

It was a good film, plenty of action and I really enjoyed it! Also Hugh's naked butt, what else could a girl ask for?
